1. Have the planned executions I intend to trade ever worked in a market similar to this?
2. If yes, how can I best use my monies to create a best 'odds' environment over a sustained time.
3. If no, what do I need to adjust, change, alter.
4. What is the 'rhythm' of my trading plan.  Can I sustain it with my personal needs.
5. What are the risks and how can I improve them to my own tolerance?
